This
section will be updated once a month. I
will talk about a different song, which will be chosen randomly each month,
and the discussion will include an analysis of the title, the lyrics, and
the music, as well as the promotional videos (PV) of the song if available. I usually join the PV and song analysis together,
rather than having them under different sections, as I often bring in the
PV to support my song analysis.
I
have provided the general meaning of the lyrics in my writeup, but they should
not be taken as "lyrics translations" as they are simply my interpretation
of the meaning of the lyrics. Please
take note as well that the contents written here are purely my own thoughts
and opinions. Gackt always leaves his
work open to interpretation and his music is no exception! It is impossible to say for certain, "this
is exactly what Gackt means!" I'm
sure there are others out there who interpreted the songs differently from
me, so please don't quote anything from this section and claim it as the truth.
